The working principle is that the external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission component (by pin, button, lever, roller, etc.), and after the energy is accumulated to the critical point, an instantaneous action is generated to make the end of the action reed move. The contact and the fixed contact are quickly turned on or off. When the force on the transmission component is removed, the action reed generates a reverse action force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the critical point of the action of the reed, the reverse action is instantaneously completed.
The micro switch has a small contact pitch, a short stroke, a small power, and a fast switching. The speed of the moving contact is independent of the speed of the transmission element.
